Power Amplifiers
The HPA Series high power GaAsFET amplifiers are available in frequency bands from 1.3 to 13.8GHz and with output power from 5W up to 30W. They are equally suitable for use in conjunction with a portable transmitter for ultra long range mobile or airborne transmission, or in fixed microwave installations for improved signal availability.
