The PTV Series
A range of portable analogue microwave links designed for television outside broadcasts, electronic news gathering (ENG), and security applications.

PTV series portable microwave links are specifically designed for ultra high quality transmission of video and associated audio channels. Double superheterodyne technology is used in both the transmitter and receiver allowing non-demodulated IF repetition and wide band digitally tuned frequency agility.

Ceramic substrates combined with GaAsFET power devices for all frequency bands ensure linear high power RF characteristics with maximum efficiency. This means less heat is generated and reliability is considerably improved.

Fully waterproof and rated for continuous operation in the most hostile climatic conditions the PTV series is perfectly suited to all outside broadcast applications and ideal for installation in helicopters or news vehicles.

Serial interface for selection of all main RF channels plus AGC voltage output on receiver.

110 or 230 VAC and 10-30 VDC for PTV receiver.
10-30 VDC for PTV transmitter.
