In addition to a team of factory based engineers there are regional Customer Support Centres in Australia, serving the Asia/Pacific Rim region. Engineers operating out of the Gigawave Technical Centre near London cover Europe and all other countries where Gigawave products are used.

The Gigawave Customer Support Team:
Gigawave Customer Support is provided by specialist engineers whose job is to provide customers with technical advice and assistance, as and when required. The Customer Support Team is also responsible for:
Product demonstrations
Installation and commissioning of integrated systems

Product Training Courses (held at the Gigawave Technical Centre)

On-site training of engineering and operational personnel
Equipment repairs (under warranty) and upgrades
Spare parts and software upgrades
Other equipment repairs (non-warranty)
